Pacific Tec International Pte Ltd is an authorized Distributor of Transcend, Sonic Wall, X-Mini and Authorized Re-seller of Toshiba, HP, IBM, Lenovo, Acer and Dell. PTI is a channel partner of Intel in Singapore since 2012. Our product portfolio includes memory modules of every type, flash memory cards, USB pen drives, MP3 players, digital photo frames, portable HDD’s, multimedia products, motherboards.

Pacific Tec International Pte Ltd is an authorized re-seller of APC UPS. We distribute our products through 3 channels, namely OEM and wholesalers, resellers such as retailers and chain stores, corporate customers and system integrators.

We are serving all the major Asia pacific markets mainly India, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines and Sri Lanka providing superior quality of service to our customers. Having Singapore as our operations hub we are easily accessible among most of the traders and potential buyers.

Operations in India

In India we operate under the brand of Luminous Perhpherials Private Limited. Authorized distributors for Transcend, Edimax, MSI. We are serving all the major regions in India, providing superior quality of service to our customers. Head Office in Chennai and fully functional branches in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata and Kerala. In addition, we have in place, sales representatives in the respective states Tier 2 cities, ensuring that we are always within reach of our channel partners.

Our sales and service team has in depth knowledge of all the products we sell in the market. The sales team is actively involved with the market, watching the market trends and delivering the products. In South India alone we have a sales team of 20 members. Enabling us to reach all the channels in Distribution, namely, Dealer Network, System Integrators, LFRs and Industrial/commercial network.

In 2014 Q4, Transcend Information Inc. has appointed us as an authorized service provider in India and providing after sales support services to our customers. This reflects our endeavor to be a holistic service partner to our Vendors.
